Positive client. They were about to finalize with Shanti Junior but have stopped that plan as they are interested in our proposition and want to go ahead in setting up their own preschool. They are aggressively looking for a property, rest discussion is done. Grande package proposed. Mail shared. Will finalize property and sign up.

Have spoken to Palakshi preschool who have quoted them 90k. Needs financial guidance and assistance with property selection. Had some work so disconnected the call. Will call again to discuss further.
