insufficient budget

He had left a govt job due to corruption. Rented property taken and 50% work done on infrastructure as well. Wants to start his own preschool after Dussehra. Had an overall budget of 4lakhs. 2.5lakhs is already spent on infrastructure and renovation. He is currently speaking to a local kidzee who are closing their school for acquiring their equipments. Curriculum and marketing solution pitched. He will sort the equipments issue first and then will finalize on the rest. Asked to give a call in the next week for further discussion.
